At G-Style USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
